Lindsay Lohan released from prison after five hours
Lindsay Lohan was supposed to go 30 days in jail because they had violated probation.
That was a brief interlude: U.S. actress Lindsay Lohan has gone to jail and after less than five hours has been dismissed. As a police spokesman said on Monday, the 25-year-old was in the early morning, the detention center in Lynwood south of Los Angeles to leave. Lohan was supposed to spend 30 days behind bars because she violated probation. From records of the prison showed that Lohan einfand on Sunday evening at 20.50 clock to serve the penalty. According to media reports, Lohan left the prison at 01.40 clock again and drove in a black Cadillac to Venice. Because of overcrowded prisons inmates are often released prematurely in the United States. Lohan for this practice has especially paid off: Of its 30 days, they sat at just 0.6 percent.
A court had ruled that Lohan violated her probation when she is not their community service in a shelter completed. Now they must serve 423 hours of community service in a morgue or receives further 270 days jail addition, Lohan has to give in psychotherapeutic treatment court order and appear from December to March monthly in court.
For the actress, it is the fifth imprisonment for two drunk driving in 2007. At that time she spent only 84 minutes in jail.
